my guess is thrips or MAYYYBE a caterpillar. try buying some ladybugs at your local gardening center and see if that doesnt help some. either ladybugs or mantids if you like them but try and stay away from pesticides.

i would say get two 160 cfm fans and use one for intake and one for exhaust. try aghydroponics.com they have decent prices

400 cfm would be more than enough im running a 170 cfm for a 4x4x7 grolab and that includes filter and light cooling

I would highly recommend buying a cool tube reflector for your 600w it will keep your temps around 70 degrees F well worth the purchase
