So I am going through harvesting and while trimming the fan leaves I remembered that I could use them as rolling paper. Is there a specific process to go through? I was just gonna lay them out in the sun for a few days.

this is a great time for me and my ladies, but I feel like I should have trimmed earlier in order to get those big buds that I see in pictures instead of "little buds everywhere". Is it too late to trim now? I just switched the lights to 12-12 a week ago, but my plants aren't that thick that...
