my plants started smelling at about 3 weeds from the seed. they smell up my whole room

will i need to put nutrients in soon if the the soil says it feeds for three months? its only 29 days old. also is it normal to have a 6 bladed leaf?

does it look healthy. the leaves that have 5 blades are like folding up and im not sure what that means
