Started from Seed, I water every 2-3 days, I usually water in the early morning or before bed. I have had the spots for about 3 weeks, And i just recently started misting my plant. It spends all day in doors but in direct sunlight, and all night in a grow box. Temp never gets below 20 deg Cel.

My lower branches seem to be the only ones affected... The very top is growing healthy as can be. I purchased a Insecticidal Soap which claims it will kill the little buggers if it happens to be them. I have only Covered the plant once with it though. Please Help! I attached a picture.
