you need more nitrogen I am having the same problem not as bad as you but i am getting an over all paleing of leaves i fixed this will a top dressing of EWC and a blend of Neptune Harvest and Alaska FF. she is greening back up and new growth is nice and green. i am about a week into flower.

whats up shaggy! I am an Eastern Oregon grower as well. I had some problems with the heat this year. But as soon as it cooled off a bit (got below 98 instead of that 100+ we had for weeks in july) mine took off. Have you started to flower yet?
