Vegetable oil is a great liquid to put in pools, whoever said bleach isn't very smart in this area, (I know go chlorinate there pool for them with some bleach) but anyway yea cooking oil or better yet go down to a pond and get the greenest water you can find. 10 20 gallons should turn the pool...

Thanks for the reply!!! The white powdery substance is actually Sevindust. I have been applying it every other week and the stuff works. I have minimal munching going on since I started using it. At first my fan leaves where a feast for the hoppers etc.

Yep, I have one plant that was a freebie, It is farther along then the others so that one i have taken a sample from. BUT THATS IT SAMPLE.

I agree, it is so tempting to just chop em down because they look so sweet and especially if you are low on meds and cash. But i know patience is by far the most important aspect to a successful season. I have to much on the line to settle for unripened meds. So yes as hard as it is, just think...

Hey all, just want some input on whether or not to chop. I have 10 ladies about 6 weeks into flower and now some damn colder weather is on its way. Is it worth the risk of leaving them out and hope the weather gets better next week? Or should I just be happy with what I have?

I planted two seeds of each variety i had and it took 13 days for the first one to sprout. After three weeks i took the cups that didn't sprout and dumped them into a pail. I found that several of the seeds had been germinated but hadn't broke the soil. So yea they must take some time to sprout...
