I'm looking for the best LED for a 3x3 grow tent that I intend on vegging and flowering in.

im looking for the best led for a grow space thats going to either be 3x3 or 4x4. I have been looking into the apache tech led's and im not trying to spend more than about 800, possibly after a few grows i could buy an additional panel, but im just concerned with the best quality.

can i use a grow tent with 4 x 4 x 7 dimensions with a 400 watt hps/mh light in an attic? what im asking is will it be cool enough in the tent for the plants? im going to grow 2 at a time. Also im confused about what kind of ducting i will need and do i need an inline fan if i have an aircooled...
