Looks like you have stunted growth. The leaf tips are not long and full but short. This could be from a couple things. First what are you feeding it? Whats your humidity like?

The yellowing between the veins on the leaf point to a magnesium deficiency. I believe the leaves curling down are a phosphorous deficiency. Do what Mike 4c4 said. If thats Coco that the plant is in, add some cal/mag in the 1/2 strength.
