Looking good. You should definitely get some more bulbs if you can fit 6 in there. You can get 3 26w CFLs at walmart for under $10. Have you decided what kind of lighting to use for flowering? For about $50 you could squeeze in 6 40w warm CFLs.

I think it's a good concept but overall you would want as much control as possible, using personal judgment, etc... Not really as efficient as letting your soil dry out a little or mixing a diluted strength of nutes. If you get a chance to try it out though you should tell us how it goes. :peace:

So we are pretty close to each other in terms of days since sprout and mine seem like they have been growing pretty slow too. Glad to hear this since I thought they could be stunted from fungus gnats. Great grow so far, definitely subscribed. Can't wait to see pictures

It has been getting pretty hot where I live and was wondering if it safe to change my light schedule from 24/0 to 18/6 on seedlings 8 days old? Will the sudden light change effect the plants in any way? Thanks!

Thanks for your replies. First off, I completely removed the box and now have the lights tied off and hanging from the ceiling in the closet. This will allow me to move the lights more freely and allow for better ventilation. I got a powerful fan in there too now so it's usually staying below...

It depends on how much space you have to flower in... It will definitely double in size, if not more. What are your dimensions for your grow space? What kind of lighting are you using?

Can anyone verify 1000bulbs.com? I know a lot of people recommend it but on resellerratings.com its got like a 5/10 rating. A lot of people complain about bulbs that don't work and shipping problems etc...
