How do you judge the dryback? Weighing blocks works for now, but it's not something that's feasible longer term.

Should I be waiting until a similar dryback (20-30) between each irrigation, or is that only for when first establishing the block and fully saturating it? Thank you for the help!

I've got the floracaps on there. No emitters, just straight tubing from my drip manifold (tuned for equal flow rates across all). Feed pH is at 5.8. I do only have one hose to each cap, but it's got a T on the end at least for distribution. Here's my issue -- this is my first Rockwool run...

I would love to, but where I'm located, I'd be constantly battling reservoir temperatures and thus dissolved oxygen issues. I've had very good success with DWC in past lives, however.

Sorry, I meant the caps they sell, not the nutes specifically. Where does your runoff go and how is it removed? Have you used 4" blocks at all? This is super intriguing.

I've considered SOG style, but have never done it before. In a 2x4, I could prob get 8 plants in there. You think that would run more efficient yield than 2-4 in a scrog setup? The light is a Mars SP3000.

Rinsing and reusing that amount of hydroton is a non-trivial amount of work. I'm trying to avoid that, if possible. I also like the ability to move things around and add/remove plants with ease.

Nice! Did you cover the tables at all to allow the roots to grow out of the pots, or would you just let them air prune? (ie, the 6" pot was big enough to take you through flower)

All of these PPM measurements are great and all, but a conversion factor listed with them would help.. /jus' sayin..
