I didn't clarify; I was running two 400w MHs for veg and transitioned to two 1,000w HPS bulbs set at 600w individually for 1,200w to ease any shock. Do you think a 400w increase is too much for transition? I started them off about two feet from canopy height.

Switched from 400 watt metal halide. Just raised the lights the other day also, plant is getting plenty of water the roots are bathing in water went back and checked to make sure again after suggestion. .
