Best & safest Pesticide to use During Flowering????

Any oil like azamax can leave a buttery/rancid taste on flowers. Honestly nothing should be used after two weeks in flower. It would be wise to start a integrated pesticide management program. Use 3-4 pesticides with different modes of action and rotate them. I like to use Azamax 3 times 5-7...

    Small white spots on leaves

That is spider its damage for sure. The last pic shows both spider mite damage and some sort of nutrient damage located on new growth. Either from pH imbalance, phytotoxicity or disease. Doubt it's disease but more likely phytotoxicity or pH imbalance. If you haven't sprayed lately then perhaps...

    Going away for a week...

Find someone to water them. Depending on how big the plant is vs the pot size and amount of soil, temps and humidity you will need to water less or more. I put solo cups into 7 gallon fabric pots and I start out watering every 7-10 days. Now 4 weeks into veg I water every 5-6 days. Seriously...

    pH question

You can help balance the medium by adjusting your solution pH. Some folks here will try and disput this technique but it does work and I've used it for 10 years with excellent predicted results. If my soil pH was low from excessive nutrient buildup (salt build up) being left in the soil then the...

    Will I Drop Dirty?

Diluted. Labs test for several things. 1. Temp on container , 2. Color, these two are done at site where sample is givin. If 1 fails then they will begin to suspect the sample and question, 2. Then test at the lab for, 3. adulterants if required by state law, 4 if adulterated or diluted they...

    Will I Drop Dirty?

Fail. Also if the test sample includes adulterants (detox, masking agents, synthetic piss) you could also fail the test. Oregon tests for these. My home state. Washington state does not. This is from my past experience. Although I did pass my pre employment test with a friends clean piss. Not...

Quick cloning question.. Would like to flower

Basically if your in the OMMP you're in the club. Grower/patient/caregiver. No one is asking me if I smoke either. It's so lax in Oregon.

Quick cloning question.. Would like to flower

It's not a get rich scheme by any means unless it's black market which I am not. I'm a licensed grower. I can't make a profit in the medical program. Unfortunately. I get reimbursed for costs related to production of cannabis. It's kinda weird here in Oregon with legalization looming. July 1...

Quick cloning question.. Would like to flower

I have two gardens both over 40 plants in flower plus veg rooms and I work in my gardens 8 hours a day and 7 days a week. I try to take Sunday's off. But the work never stops. constant cloning, transplanting, pruning, scouting for pests, mixing soil, harvesting. To get constant high yields on a...

Quick cloning question.. Would like to flower

Exactly. Some people were bred for it. I always had a passion for growing and now I'm commercially producing cannabis for local dispensaries and patients in Oregon. Then there are the other guys who think they can become rich growing but don't know how to sprout a damn seed. Seeing it all over...

Quick cloning question.. Would like to flower

Problem with that is over time your mother will get root bound and then get stunted. And 50% removal will stunt any plant to some degree. Not saying it won't survive as well. Cannabis is a sturdy plant but for optimal growth you should remove more than 10-15%. Lots of people trim there root ball...

Quick cloning question.. Would like to flower

Although I don't use superthrive I do cut all my clones and place them in water too. Up to over night. It does in deed help them get hydrated. I would say this is a very important step if going into plugs or soil. If going into an aeroponic cloner then not too much help. I do use cloned gel as a...

Quick cloning question.. Would like to flower

I've been cutting clones the day flowering begins for 10 years with no problems but I don't butcher the plants. Foliage and roots try to keep a balance. When you whack off too much foliage the roots are still trying to feed the cut parts thinking there still should be plant material to feed...

I didn't mean reduce airflow but rather increase it. And the ac will condition the air more efficiently and not barley runs. I was a lil medicated on that post.

    FUNGUS GNATS! D:

I also found that tons of gnats came in fox farm soils. I stopped using them and get baled peat moss and make my own soil. Only gnats I get are in my organic grow but very few. I do an ebb and flow to waste table and flood it with the fabric pots in the tray. Top stays dry 2-3 inches down...

Pyganic. 5% pyrethrum 20mL per gallon of water. Drench twice 3-4 days apart. Yellow sticky traps and pyrethrum bomb for the the fliers. Kills them on contact. Then for long term control get fabric pots and drench with Gnatrol (bio larvacide B. T. I. Bacillus Thuringienisis Israelensis), water...

Ac help for 70 sq ft room.

Ceiling height plays a big part in cooling as well. And the higher you can mount the ac the better it will run. Most of the commercial grows I've seen have 12+ feet in ceiling height. Hot air rises and that's where the ac needs to be to be the most effective.

Ac help for 70 sq ft room.

This is 4 lights. Two banks. In this particular situation only two lights are daisy chained. Hard pipe used anywhere I could. Adding 90's and T's help reduce air flow like hard pipe. I use a 10" fan in the attic and a 10" intake that splits to 8" ducting. Hoods are 8". Also when I boarded the...
