I run it as soon as I switch to 12/12 I not sure why they would want you to run it during Veg but I have sap dripping form my plants but I also added calcium syrup so it might be a combination of the two

I ran it the entire flowering on my GSC and I can notice the difference in the crystal on this grow but I use 2tbl per gallon
