    Nice!! You know what your doing fair play !! You trying to keep your ladies warm with it cold out side or cold because it's hit outside? Only time I got pests in the shed was when I dropped the ball. Like not being surgically but not leaving shit all around the place.

    What I learned when I got pests twice was 1. Have a solution on hand if it happens Killer mite 2. Ozone the shit out of the shed after each run and keep it relatively clean like sweep up and hoover when things get messy with leaves and Coco But honestly hasn't been an issue for me at all...

    Big thing to think heavily about is insulation and air filtration of air going out. Get a dehumidifier I recommend spray foam insulation over rock wool. Auto watering so you aren't working to hard. Good safe electrical

    I used to do the clay balls at the bottom but stopped the last two run and everything was fine. I was a bit concerned that the perlite would act differently to the clay ball mix
