Just some idiot
No need to feed it everytime either. Is that sand around the planting area? How much sun are they getting everyday?

hey i had the same problem with an AK. for a month and a half or so it didnt grow at all, it stayed about the size yours are. i finally transplanted it and it took off, its least three times its size now and it has been maybe 2 weeks.
try moving it, its probably the soil

i moved them to some miricle grow soil about 2 weeks ago and there is sand around it but the are planted in the miracle grow soil and they get about 16 hours of light a day. and ill water less and feed less. i was thinkin about using some fish guts as fertilizer. has anyone tried this or have an results from it

Your not suppose to give it food at that size. To me it seems like your problem is still the soil, MG=bad, and looks like thers too much sand around your plant.

AND DO NOT Give it food every watering, that will burn it. Feed like once every 2 weeks.

OR maybe you have a slow growing strain, maybe.
