11 Days Old. Does She Look Healthy?

I'm afraid I might be over/under watering and that my PH is too high.
Blue mystic in a promix HP/perlite/worm casting mix. 24/0 under 6500k cfl.

Ph is around 7.0, room temp 77-79. Humidity 40-50%.
