120v ballast question

Been having a tough time trying to find this answer online so I figured I'd ask you guys... I have a 120v 4 ft shop light... Currently has 2 t8 32w tube lights installed... It also suggests to use this tube on the box... My question is.. Can I get a higher wratt tube for the 120 v ballast?? Thanks everyone!

It should be printed on your ballast what watt bulbs the ballast takes..:peace:
