1st time grower and I NEED HELP ASAP!

I keep planting my seeds and they all make it about three-four weeks and kill over. what the hell is going on. I used plant food and followed the directions on the box, the seeds are planted in marical grow, i have some type of lamp im using thats says 50 watts but the type of light is really eqaul to 100 or something like that, the tempature in room stays at about 70 degrees, and im follow a schedule of 18 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness. I need help asap. seed types are nothern lights and tangerine​

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it a fact seedlings shouldn't be fed? I do clones in hydro myself and the idea of seeds (although they had to be used somewhere along the line) isn't interesting to me.
You should probably be more specific on what type of plant food /soil and you'd get more help . also correct me if I'm wrong but isn''t 18 and 4 22??? thats the problem, your plants are sneaking out for a couple hours. probably bar hopping and we all know what alcohol does to seedlings!

If you are putting your plants into soil then you dont need to give them anything till they get big enough to handle some nute's. just give them water and keep them as close to your light as posible. soil has enough nute's in it to last up to 90 days. and everybody knows not to use miracle grow.
