If they are taken from a hermie mom..yes..they may very well herm.
But if the strain/mom is hermie free...I've never seen it happen. (grew the same clone only strain for over 10 years continuously/cycling every 8 weeks and NEVER saw a herm).
If it herms, the person who took the original clone had no knowlegdge of breeding or genetics.
