250w Questions

I have a 250 w HPS in a 3x4 closet and i was wondering if i could put cfl's inside becuase all i get is okay colas, and if a can what cfls should i get? i also have 250 w MH in a 2x3 closet but it gets very hot i side and its still getting hotter outside(my closet is in a shed) what can i do to regulate the temperatures better?

Are you using any lst on your plants. Lst works well for 250w hps
Try 42w cfls, although i'd still lst your plants too.
Is opening the closet door an option for heat?
Do you have any type of fans going?
Intake/extraction holes are an option too.

to regulate temperature best, a extraction and intake system is required , thier exspensive to buy and fiddley to make but definately worth the effort, heat stress can be a bitch

I have a 4 inch fan directly on the MH light and a 8inch box fan up against a cut out whole of closet but i have the built in ballast on the MH should i get the glass, ducting, and fan for it or try to ventalate the closey even more? How much would doing that cut the temps down? I can leave the doors open but the shed its in stays pretty hot which brings me to the question of how can i ventalate my shed? (I cant open windows or doors)what can i install that wont cost hundreds to buy or run?

This is the only fix, imo. Following any other advice is just a waste of your time.

you can buy them, inline fans work the best, fans with heat sink work even better, you can get the individual componenets cheaper if you shop around and buy them from buisness's not associated with mj, growing paraphanalia tends to be very over priced .
you can make you own with big second hand computer fans, if you hook them upto a power supply and do other stuff i would have to tell you in detail with robably a diagram
post back if you want a cheap inline fan scheme
