400 Watt MH or 250 Watt HPS??

cheesin'

I'm about to be flowering my six plants and I have the option of using either a 250 watt hps unit or a 400 watt MH. What do you guys think? I know HPS has a better light spectrum for the flowering stage but its only a 250 W compared to a 400W. My space is just under 3 feet wide and little over 2 feet long. (bout 7' high), and my biggest plant is 14 inches tall, while the others are only about 6 inches.
Thanks in advance guys, I've learned a shit ton of beneficial information from this website that has kept my grow alive this far.

Ok first you need to use HPS for flowering stage

If you look at the chart you will see that a 250 HPS puts out 28,500 lumens, which is 4750 lumens per plants

The 400 watt MH puts out 36000 lumens which is 6000 per plant, But you are in the wrong spectrum.

Best light is the 400 watt HPS 50000 lumens, which is 8333 lumens per plant. Much better

Stick with HPS your plants will love you
