6 plants mandatory info wanted?

I think i will speak with a lawyer about this when my license is gone in 2014, but can anybody clarify if 6 plants or more is an AUTOMATIC 6 months in jail or only if you are doing it around a school, selling to kids, endangering others etc... I not quite sure where I will stand... and F.U. Stephen Harper and Justin Trudeau for supporting this

I believe it is 5 plants or more you will go to jail for an automatic 6 months and they will add time to your sentence if you do things like have a firearm in the house, are near a school, steal hydro.

If you have four plants or less then you can be arrested and you can get a fine and a criminal record.

What needs to happen is somebody with some money behind them has to challenge the new laws in court. Some parts of the new laws in my opinion are great. Others suck a dogs bone! The great news to the laws is that Nurse Practioners can now prescribe medical marijuana. That's never been done before anywhere in the world. So all those hard days of finding a medical marijuana doctor...now you can also look at nurse practitioners. That's good. But the ability for the person to grow for themselves has totally been erased and somebody must challenge that in the supreme court. And yes, if I can find the money I will but others should also be just as motivated.

I forgot to say that if you have four plants or less then you escape jail time but you'll still get a criminal record if you are found guilty.

from what I have read on the internet (for what it is worth) I think it is 6 plants that gets you jail time

Okay, I could be wrong then. But it's around the 5-6 mark. If you're truly concerned check with a lawyer specializing in weed if you can find such a specialist lawyer.

yeah, the way I heard it worded was ''....over 5 plants is mandatory jaile time...'' so I guess that means 6

There is alot to this rule, schools, minors living in the home, medical reasons and even being in a rental.
