70 watt hps ballast?

where the hell can i find one of these?

The Lowes by my house has a complete 70W security/yard light for $30 right now, bulb included. I'd buy that and just ditch the enclosure.

I did a similar thing with a 50W HPS light from home depot and made a batwing reflector out of aluminum flashing, mylar and duct tape.

any chance someone could link the light from lowes, or home depot. I've browsed both sites and saw a couple of hps on there but i'm currently doing a pc as well and need the 70w hps light.
i check the link that scruff posted , although i am framiliar with mh and hps light i am unsure of the smaller ones. It comes with a balast i got that part but does it include the actually light and the mounting equipment for the bulb or do i have to wire that?
