7th goin on 8th week is it close to the 2 week peak period?

this is on its 7th week goin on 8th but no hairs chaingin colors yet and keeps filling out a little more each day...how much longer should i wait?i started to just use water a couple days ago...ready in 2-3 more weeks????

bagseed so unknown strain but smells real musky n sweet.real dense and sticky so far in a 4'x7'x10 bathroom closet,5 gallon pot florabloom,micro,gro nutes,1k hps but vegged under cfls for 6 weeks then switched to the hps.i originally germed this plant seed at the end of march and gave it to my friend but he didnt take good care of it during veg and the shade leaves were all wrinkly lookin and yellowish plus it was alittle tall and lanky too.but i coached it back to health and this is what it looks like now

wow very nice job bringing her back. i wouldnt of thought shes been thru that much stress! i think she looks pretty good. that new pic helps a lot. id totally give her a few more weeks under that hps. i still think maybe 3 weeks. looks like theres still a lot of white hairs on her. mmmmmaybe 4 weeks. maybe.

Looks great, I would say atleast two more weeks, Once your pistils start to change colour; that's when you should be keeping an eye on the trics. Most of the pistils will brown and suck into the bud when it's finished.

the trich's are all still clear but you c ant see em on these pics..very sticky on this plant

the trich's are good on this one but still got like 5-6 weeks still.. but thnx everyone ill keep updating

GENERALLY SPEAKING.......... bag seeds are usually outdoor seeds. Most indoor growers wont have seeds because they grow from clones. Most mass outdoor hoarders just throw down seeds and get what they can get. That's why bag seeds generally suck. Unless you find one like OG #18.

Since they are generally outdoors, its probably more sativa dominant than indica dominant. That means it'll generally have a longer flowering time and generally develop over a long time period because thats what its used to.

I'd say you have 4 weeks till chop day. Good luck m8

thnx for all the info...i understand what you mean...plus all the seeds ive collected were from good strains anyway...but i cant wait still hahaha

Awesome to have some reputable experience with them out there....... My thoughts were based on thoughts, not really any experience with bag seeds........ How has your experience been with respect to the bag seeds turning the proverbial hermie on you? Male/Female ratios? Just curious!

so far for me ive germed 12 seeds and outta the 12,10 fems 2 males but one of my original females started bearing seeds and 1 male flower ipicked of as soon as i saw it but so far so good

i'd say around 1-2 per 10 end up being hermies. i usually get about a 50/50 ratio on male/female. I've had a few times where it ended up all the plants were hermie though. if i wasnt just using the plants for experiments that would of been alot more painful than it was. lol

i kno i got some seedlings sprouted right now so hopefully all fems.but as soon as i run out of seeds then ima get some clones from one of my buddies.$5.00 a pop cant beat that.plus hes been doin this since 06 he says and ive gotten some whit widow from him that kicked my ass.but hes a S.O.G guy and is pretty good at it.im a personal smoker til i find the right strain or strains and learn how to clone then ima try that method since i only have a 1k hps and a bunch of cfl's...well since yours was an expirement thats good but if its the main crop!!!that would be a shitty situation hahaha well thnx 4 the insight n shit....happy growings
