Well, if u want a more 'heady' high, u wanna harvest when they're all cloudy. If u want the 'couch lock' high, then wait till they're 30-50% amber. As for the actual quality of the smoke, I'm talkin flavor here, depends on how patient u are during curing. I'm sure after u harvest, u"ll get antsy and wanna try some when it's barely dry enough to smoke. U'll notice a pine, or homegrown flavor to it then. That flavor is the chlorophyl in the plant that needs to break down, in the dark. A week, or two, or even 3 later, u'll notice a much better flavor. Basically the longer u let it hang(to a point of corse) the better the flavor.
