818 HeadBand by Cali Connections

Has anyone tried growing this in soil? I'm just trying to collect some info before I purchase the seeds. How tall does headband normally get? Is it super bushy or takes up an enormous amount of space? Does it work well in ScrOG? Also anyone whom has grown this please post pics! Greatly appreciated in advance especially if someone could tell me how it went when they grew headband in a closet or small area.

i got a back of feminized seeds and everyone have been different.... i do not think they have a stable pheno, at least the pack i got wasnt

I just finished up with a Cali Connection 818 Headband batch (6 Fem Pack). I utilized Roots Organics soil and SunShine Mix #4 (I divided them into equal parts and mixed together) using the fabric 3 gallon pots,which are amazing by the way! I only popped 4 seeds, and saving the other two for later. I vegged for a month using a 400w Lumitek electronic ballast with a Hortilux MH bulb and then switched to HPS once I flipped cycle. As already mentioned by Twitch regarding the stability of the phenotype, I can somewhat agree but I was curious to how the strain would react to topping and also FIM, so I tried both which is what I think led me to different phenotype structures (some bushier than others). I have a tent setup so space is somewhat limited and they seemed to stretch once bloom cycle was flipped, so a slight supercropping was vital for me. The end height was probably close to 4' with a somewhat level canopy. Overall I'm personally pleased with this hybrid strain, after trimming and currently drying since I chopped them four days ago (finishing at 71 days for me) they all are very pungent with the dank Sour Diesel aroma but also has that sweet OG aroma! Very resinous, which I always highly suggest wearing gloves (I personally wear Non-latex toxic-free Purple Nitrile gloves) not only for keeping your hands clean but also for the safety and cleanliness for yourself and patients. I personally recommend this strain from Cali Connection, I had no problem with them popping and no hermies or anything of that nonsense. The 818 Headband (aka:SourOG) are the four on the left, the other four are two different strains (Hollywood OG and Columbian Red) but I quickly realized that space may have gotten away from me so I decided to get rid of the two Hollywood OG and Just keep the two Columbian Red.
