A Couple Of Outdoor Plant Problems...

I have a couple of problems with my plants that arent to major.

I would like to know EXACTLY what they are and if i should fix it a.s.a.p.

I'm pretty sure its a bug problem. If you mix a weak solution(1/2oz per gallon) of pine sol and water, put it in a spray bottle and spray the whole plant once a day it will take care of most bugs. Pine sol is biodegradable and fairly safe alternative to pesticides. Some may disagree but I used to work in a greenhouse and thats what we used for almost every bug problem.
 
Them is thrips they are no big deal. they look like little termites under the microscope. They die easy, safersoap kills em, they dont harm much outdoors, they get a little annoying indoors.
