as everyone on here seems to use abbreviations like

lst

could u tell me what these mean so i can better understand what ppl are saying or what im looking for sorry if i havent explaind myself but only way i can think to put it

Of course. I've been learning as much as I can and passing it on to anyone that needs it. I've been studying for a few weeks and I still have a TON to learn. The biggest thing I've learned is to take it slow and understand as much as you can about the physiology of the plant before attempting to grow more than like 2-3. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll offer what limited substance I can, though you may find others more helpful

cheers m8 im ordering my first set up on 26th these few weeks before is all about research as im a complete noob but sick of paying £240 for a decent oz
