You definitely need better light, not incandescent, or fluorescent, get some LED’s. The plants are kinda small for 4 weeks. When you transplant bury that stem almost up to the cotyledons. Better light will really help them grow.

Sorry to report that your lighting is not suitable for any meaningful grow. 4 week old plants should be little bushes already….considerably larger than what you have.
U don’t have to break the bank to find a good light. U need a full spectrum LED…..and for 2 plants I’d want a minimum of 150watts…..preferably more.
Perhaps u can find a deal on some used lights.
Expect to spend anywhere from $150-$300.
I use HLG lights but they are pricey…..maybe someone on this site can point u in the right direction. U can veg and flower under the same light….as long as it’s the correct kind.
good luck and stick with it. It’s a very rewarding and therapeutic hobby.

What are you using for light? Those don't look ready to transplant. They appear to be around 7 or 8 days old.
80w pink light with the lamp in the pic they are just afew days shy on 4 weeks so just a bit more than 8 days maybe i got the time wrong but it should still be about 3 weeks old if it is wrong

yeah started as more of a low budget fun thing not too worried but now noticing it needs better lights just for the plants well-being i need some fast and online isn’t an option for awhile and no shops near sell any specific grow lights i was going too try 2 120w white led bulbs. this grow isn’t too much about yields mainly just learn too grow and get some seeds for next time and learn from the last time but do you think thoes 120w ones might work ?

Not sure why online isn't an option but Amazon has a V1000 light for 50 bucks. Not their best but not bad. For 90 you can get a Viparspectra XS 1500 pro which has 150 watts of evenly distributed light. That not being an option there should be some kind of grow light bulbs available at a hardware store.

Is this 80 "equivalent" watts? You need to get the bulbs a lot closer if you're not going to get a grow light. At this rate you wouldn't be able to flip to flower until around Valentine's Day

ok dear
1: make sure you have drain holes in those cups....use a pencil if you have one
2: add more soil, those are not even ready for transplant, watch your watering
3:u definitely need a better light, if your worried about money get you a couple of these:

led bulbs wit the tops cut off, get them at daylight power and your good to go....
