Good morning RIU! I've recently added an AC controller to my grow. I've been speni g time learning about the benefits in this new tech age of cultivation. My dehumidifier will be here in a few days and that'll complete my needs list.
For those who have mastered the programming and uses of a controller, maybe you could add some tips here for myself and any other users or potential buyers. Thanks! Puff puff pass!

I'm not an expert, But I can probably help you. I started with the 69 Pro and now I'm running the 69 Pro Plus. Once you get the hang of it, It's pretty simple.

One tip, You have to set both the on and off settings before you pick something like the schedule setting.

My tent environment.

That was the first issue I had. It took a few moments but I figured it out. Definitely a good first tip. Maybe once there are a few here they can be edited to the top post in a list.

Not much you can do about the humidity at night except maybe set the high humidity setting on your exhaust fan. Unless you have a dehumidifier.

Mine spikes when my overhead light goes off.
Dehumidifier will be hooked up tomorrow. I got a continuous drain so I can just let it do it's thing.

Here one. Make sure you set the brightness of your control in relation to your tent. Even the lowest setting will light things up in dark. I turn the brightness off at night. Would be nice to have a setting that did it automatically when the lights go out

The humidifier needs to go into port 4 for best results.....

Why port 4? What if I have 8 ports? I have my humidifier in port 3 and my exhaust fan in port 4.
I saw that and wondered the same. I can't see my humidifier in any port but 3. My AC Infinity Controllers all have various bugs. If I plug in a smart socket all the ports become intermittently visible. I'm looking for a sensor upgrade but it's lower on my list then other stuff.

Weird, I haven't had any problems with mine. I've had my humidifier in other ports without any problems.

This is how my ports are setup at the moment.

Was in a Hydo store that is a dealer for AC Infinity and was talking to a tech and he said with the new humidifier 1.6 liter the port to use is 4 . There were some issues with controller and the devices attached.

If you run into him again would you ask about their smart plug? I'd really appreciate that, thanks.

Just plugged mine into port 2 configured it and checked other devices. All is working as it should.
I have side lights in port 1 Port 2 Smart plug Port 3 empty Port 4 humidifier.
I know dumb question is your firmware up to date?

Is the outlet you plug the smart controller into on the same line (breaker) as the power for the controller?

Do you have an ALL ports? My All ports either disappeared or that was all I could get and yup the software is the latest and they are all plugged into the same breaker.

I just checked all 4 ports are functioning.
Later if I get a chance I will plug in the company I don't mention circulation fan into 3rd port and see if that mucks up the works.
My plan is to try to have the previous equipment interface with AC Infinity controller if not replace with AC Infinity items

I pulled the power to the Smart Plug and the All tab came back. When I clicked on the All tab my side lights came on then went off.
So there are bugs in system
