Accidentally pulled clones from the rock wool - Is this a problem?

This is my first time cloning and I am questioning everything I do because I worry I might mess up. So I need your help.

I have two questions.

1. A few of my clones are already showing roots but I notice a few of them are not showing roots.The one that is not showing roots seem to be more moist. Is there hope of the really moist one of rooting.

2. I accidently pulled some clones from its rockwool. Did I hurt or kill the clone?
