Advanced Nutrients ph perfect questions

I am a new grower and have learned quickly not to do what the bottle says.
I am in week 5 will be end of week 5 on Thurs i am using base nutes and big bud. i was going to stop big bud for next week and the run base nutes and overdrive for two weeks. does that sound right or should i keep running big bud. I tried looking and reading a lot but haven't found many answers if someone could help me out i would appreciate it. I way overfed the one on the left gave her full strength nutes on bottle was a bad idea they both look pretty good though and got like 20 good clones off the big one. both feminized white widow from nirvana seeds.

I would stop big bud at week 6. Then overdrive until flush. AN calculator is actually spot on for this.

When I went full strength on nutes from what it says on the bottle it almost killed the left plant I've found around 65%is working pretty good. I'm gonna stop big bud this week and then go overdrive till flush.

Yea i meant the times not the amount. I've been running 50% myself. You don't even need the grow bottles. Bloom works great from seed to harvest. :D

I also use advanced nutriance (first grow). I also followed the bottle description, bad idea EC was way to high. PH perfect is bull shit I had to buy PH- to ajust the PH level (it was way to high). Does PH perfect work for you?

ANs formulas are super strong, I was seeing signs of nutrient burn at 50% strength. Don't fuck with the PH, just ignore it. Their formulas are heavily chelated which makes the nutrients available in a much wider ph range, from 5.0 up to 7.0ph. Once I stopped trying to control the PH my plants started looking much better. I had a long conversation with an AN rep about the product, they said they get many calls about the ph perfect not working and it turns out people are trying to adjust it. The ph adjuster screws with the buffers already in the formula, causing ph swings and in worse case scenarios nutrient precipitation, which is what I was getting. I found it needs Cal mag with RO water and a PK boost in flower. I was running Connie A+B, B52, big bud, and overdrive, but I don't run it any more, Idk of I was missing something, but I never got good flavor out of any bud I grew with it.

What do you use now I've been pretty happy with this stuff but haven't tasted any of the buds yet they look pretty good though

Botanicare line. Pure blend pro, cal mag, hydroguard, silica, liquid karma, sweet in flower. I'm thinking of cutting the liquid karma. The AN plants looked awesome, they just lacked any punch. Same genetics now on botanicare look healthier and have more flavor and effect. There were too many other factors to say it was completely the nutrients.
