Advanced Nutrients Questions!!

Hello Everyone. I want to try the advanced nutrients 2 part sensi grow, and sensi bloom for my next grow in a hydro setup... However the advanced nutrients calculator assumes you want to purchase their other 10 million additives.

For those of you using advanced nutrients could you please describe which additives you have found useful and which others don't seem to effect yield enough to spend the money.

Lets say you want to mix sensi grow a and b.. with only 2 or 3 other additives... how do you calculate how much to use in order to reach your goal ppm, I assume that the other additives they suggest also factor into the total ppm, so if your not using the total system won't you be pretty far under your target ppm?

I hope these questions make sense.

Perhaps if you have the patients you could go into detail about your feeding regimen week by week, or by plant phase. Amounts per gallon, etc... any details will be of invaluable usefulness.

Those of you veteran Advanced Nutrient users, Thanks for your time, and any advice you can offer. I truely appreciate it.

all you need for flower is 5 or 6ml per gal of A&B, anything else is just extra. If you want to get some additives, I would suggest some fulvic acid(not AN brand though, too expensive) and maybe some blackstrap molasses(the equivalent of carboload). The sensi 2 part nutrient profile is sotve low on phoshporus, so you might want to supplement it with some sortve PK booster, like monster bloom or beastie bloomz which are both really high P, or overdrive if you really want to stick with AN. Pirahna is a good product from AN. Ive used sensizym before too, but hygrozyme prbably works just as good and its not done after 10 waterings like senszym. I would reccomend you just stay away from AN altogether and get some GH, but that just my $.02

I have always been very pleased with advanced nutrients. I use only the sensigrow and bloom products though. I have used some of their other products and have decided to use other brands in conjunction with my sensi regimen.
i grow in soil.

In veg: feed every third day
Sensi grow A and B at 6ml of each per gallon
hygrozyme (instead of advanced sensizyme) 6ml per gallon
superthrive (instead of advanced B52) 2ml per gallon
Cal Mag 4ml per gallon
Liquid Karma 5ml per gallon
vermitea compost tea 75ml per gallon

foliar feed is done once a week using:
one drop of dish soap
hygrozyme 2ml per liter
calmag 1ml per liter
liquid karma 1ml per liter
vermitea 15ml per liter
I intend to invest in the dutch masters liquid light and penetrator

in flower:
sensi bloom A and B at 6ml of each per gallon
everything i use in veg.
bananna mana organic extract 7ml per gallon
at 3 weeks add Kool Bloom flower ripener from general hydroponics (instead of dr. hornsby's big bud) 1/4 teaspoon per gallon.
on my next grow i intend to continue my sensigrow at 10% strength for the 1st 2 weeks of flower. in addition to my regular regimen. i read that this will prohibit excess yellowing and dead leaves at the end of flowering... thereby finishing stronger.

i feed plain r/o water for the last 14 days.:hump:

i'm stoned out of my head right now on a nice fat purple indica that i cut down 4 weeks ago. she just finished curing.
since she is my own cross between a purple kush female and another pure indica northern lights male. i have decided that it is my honor to name her. after much consideration I have settled on the name Dreamy. I realize that Dreamy doesn't seem like the coolest name, but that is all I can think of after smoking her. She is the kind of smoke that makes you close your eyes and drift off into daydreams in the middle of the day. Not so good for a morning blaze (as I found out today) but great for the evening. sleepy on the come down:eyesmoke::sleep:

I use advanced nutrients sensi grow/bloom, big bud, and blackstrap mollasses. Have great results, will be buying some more addatives in the new year,

i use connaseur, big bud, carbo load, vho, revive, wet betty, scorpion juice,f1, sensi grow , tarantula. dont go over 800 ppm if plant is under 2 feet and i like to hammer them up to 1600 depending on strain and height and co2 level i usualy run 1600 to 1600 ratio on the last 4 weeks.
