Yes they are fine, make sure you get both light spectrum bulbs 6500k=veg 2700k=flower. Keep them no further than 2 inches away from the tops of your plants.

in one word Yes... keep the temps down circulate air and your golden get one or two of each.. blue for flower red for veg

Ive actually got one on veg under the blue. Its about 10" give or take, (i can get a pic up). It was put in last monday so how long do i veg it for before its time for the red?

can anyone please help me with how to set up an hps light as easily as possible, im just growing one plant its relatively an experiment, however i still intend to try andf make it good.. can any one help??
