Advise needed

Hi all new to this , hence the reason I’m here , in the past I’ve messed around with closet grows as a youth not really taking too much note , just happy to get some form of result …I’ve recently bought “yes” a budget kit off Amazon , 600w lunar led (I know isn’t 600) intake fan ,carbon filter ducking , pots , feed it’s a 1x1 x2 , I’ve just plated my seedlings unknown bag seeds about 1 week ago , but not looking too good I’ve just fed them nothing but water they sprouted the 23rd sep but they seem very slow can any body help , there in pure coco going to add perlite when transplanting/ if I get there , I’m waiting on my ph up/ down and tester as the pen they provided seems to be in Swahili and I cannot figure it out , I plan to feed them canna A+B got calmag if needed , ive also turned the carbon filter off at this point as i don’t see the need yet I have an 8inch fan circulating are but as they are still under the domes if this Evan doing anything until they need to harden , any genuine help would be very appreciated

Move the light closer and add more medium on top.

Should I add perlite/coco or would it not benefit as its just the top , I had the light lower in the day but panicked as I didn’t want them to get too much , I’m used to old school hps with a huge ballast so very unsure about this cheap light , but thank you

Looks like a blurple. I have to imagine you'd Ave to try pretty hard to burn them,but I'm not expert.

It’s the first grow I’ve actually put any kinda thought or money into the rest was plant a seed and if it grew happy days so any advice is appreciated

Does the light have a switch for veg and flower? If so turn them both on. I'd also turn on your extractor fan, air exchange is a good thing.

Yeah I’ve got them both on , I did upload a vid but doesn’t look like it’s on , I will turn it back on does it matter even when there under the domes? Or is it more to get the general running temps,humidity? The tent is completely sealed so the only air is going through the carbon filter should I open a vent , or is this just complicating matters ?
