First of all, sorry for my bad english :)

My 1 month old babies are growing very low - i guess.
I've got a greenhouse balcony in my house. It's very warm and sunny inside. Everything seems ok with weather, watering (i'm not starting to give nutrients yet) and soil, but i'm not sure if im doing something wrong.

Can you please help me?

They don't look bad, in fact they look pretty good. The issue you are going to have is root space. Unless you are planning on flowering very soon, you are not gonna have enough space. Another problem is the solution to the first problem. Transplanting them is gonna be a bitch and shock the shit of them. Cannabis roots grow very long and thick, pretty quickly. The roots from 3 plants in that container are already going to be intertwined and seperating them is going to cause problems. I would switch them to flower ASAP and not transplant.

What type of soil is that you are using?

It's very easy to find muck around here, so i mixed up some muck and our garden's soil.

So you tell me to don't transplant them and switch 12/12 light period?

I am saying that is what I would do, this is your grow. For future reference using soil from outside is not great idea, critters, molds, dog piss, you never know what your gonna get. Even MG would be preferable to me. But again, that is me. Looks like you have maybe 3 gallons of soil mix there total. A good rule of thumb for cannabis is to have 1 gallon of soil for every foot of plant. So if you let them veg much longer they will certainly outgrow that pot you have them in. If you try to transplant you will have to carefully seperate the roots to avoid damaging them. This could shock the heck out of them. So, again if you are gonna transplant, you need to do it ASAP. If you don't want to risk it, then go into 12/12. From the looks of them now they will finish at 18" or so and should be ok, not a big yield but enough for an ounce or 2
