Anybody able to suggest a strain for sciatica?

I need a strain that will help me deal with pain that goes from my lower back to the bottom of my right foot. I'm trying to avoid pain pills, TY.

Aside from mmj I know ice packs on lower back can help. From my experience it's an inflammation problem that puts pressure on the nerve. I would guess something high in CBD to help with pain and inflammation

800 mg of Ibuprophen(total daily) and couple rips of Fruity Chronic Juice. 10% Sativa 90% indica. THC 17% CBD total .38% CBG total .42%(rips when needed)
