anyone ever see something like this..........

I recently just started several different kinds ogling sunflower like critical rapido, sweet skunk, amenisia and after terminating seeds on wet paper towel I put them in those little brown plugs or starter cubes whatever u call them. I placed them under a 8 bulb t5 4ft. for 18 hours a few days then tried 24. I thought these dam things were easy as he'll to grow compared to regular seeds. problem is after A week or so they all look bad. they were making progress growing a good amount each day
but they all look like the stem is very long to the point every plant out of 10 is literally tipped over hanging on side of cup. I watered a few times but kept it minimal because those brown rapid rooster starting cubes tend to stay very meet and moist for days to come. in fact they tend to not dry out for days at a time so I was careful to not over water them. I have grown regular & fem. seeds the same way in past with no problem. the last thing I want to add is I just planted all the seedlings /brown cubes into 3 gallon pots because I have read changing containers in stages is not the best idea for autos do I event straight to the final pots. thank u any advice welcome . ps. the water has been ph'das well. what is wrong here. oh yeah also when I planted them in bigger container today I made the seedlings sit deep down in pot so I could blurry a little more of stem for support.

trying to add pics from mobile device but image will not upload or appear once I click on it so I will post pic in a few hours thanks for urban time

How far away are your lights, you can keep T5s less then two inchs from your bulbs, u are doing the right thing by birrying those strechy stems

see what? all i see is words... ;)

some strains are stretchy some can feed early on in life, and it sounds like the light is too far away. so if you can 1/10 nute solution, and a light watering with the solution, if the roots are long enough tranfer them and bury up on the stem, roots will grow there :), and get that light on them! raise the tray to the light if you have to about 12" should be close enough.
