anyone tried microdoseing magic truffles. looking for advice

but it has no info on the weight of the dose, i was just wondering if anyone had an idea as to what weight of truffle to work on, or is it a case of trial and error, skliceing a truffle up and tryoing a slither at a time, or does anyone have an idea on what weight to try doseing with.

When I started PT I started micro-dosing psilocybin on the advice of an academic neurology researcher who's working with psychedelic therapy.
A recreational pharmacologist whom I knew had psilocybin concentrate powder so I got some from him. The academic researcher advised I take about a 1/4-1/2 g of the concentrate before about 30 minutes before I do my physical therapy.

Week 1: regained minor motion and started to feel tingles in my arm.
Week 2: regained 25% motion and could kind of feel my fingers. Stopped tramadol way early.
Week 3: about 50% motion and could feel most my hand.
Week 4: could lift my arm above my head for the first time since the injury, hurt like hell but I could feel it.
Week 5: Had the most motion in my arm I would get back and only minor numbness.
Week 6: Released from PT 2 weeks early to the surprise of 2 doctors and the physical therapist.

I did my PT exercises twice a day every day. 30 minutes before I'd dose about 1/3g, then I'd do my PT followed by ice. My wife slathered my neck in THC wonder-balm from the dispensary. Haven't had any disc bulges that have caused that much damage since. Still have 90% mobility, due to my spine I won't ever have more, and all sensation returned within 3 months.

Wife did the same regimen after her boob job to regain sensation in her nipples. She claims it worked enough, her doctor said her nerve recovery was 'impressively rapid."

It's not a lightswitch that's going to immediately help everyone. I think the legalization in certain states( here in the US) is a great thing but I personally think it's been a little too hyped as a "quick fix". It may take time to see any type of progress, some people might not see any at all.
I mainly md in the winter months. Winters are long and dark here and I've found that it does help. I only go about .1 of a gram 5 days on, 2 days off. I use to make pills, now I just weigh up a piece of stem or cap on my way out the door.
