Anyone use the NextLight Mega?

Its supposed to be a 1000w hps replacement. Expensive, but comes with a 5yr warranty and seems to be a decent unit.

Lol. Im just asking for opinions because im seeing really good results. Alot of people in the LED community talk down alot of lights because they could build the same light for less, not necessarily because the light doesnt do its job. To me, warranty is big. Also being able to pass inspection/be up to code. Im still learning alot. Also seeing that theres rebates and reimbursements from electical companies if you use the right product, has my interest.

Where do you live that they’ll give you discounts for grow lights lol. I like knowing exactly what they built the light with. With timber, hlg and a few others they give you that information.

This isnt something ive sat down and figured out. Just something ive come across during my research on lights. HLG fixtures seem to be nice, i wont rule them out.
 
Warranty is pointless when you gotta RMA your fixture and be without it for 3 weeks. DIY is so much better. If you're worried about it lasting, do a strip buildbuold. They are rugged and last forever. But most importantly is if one somehow goes out, it's just a single strip and can be replaced in 5 minutes.

He needs the lights for a commercial setup. They need to be UL certified.
