Anyone used a Coleman powerchill for DWC?

Hi all I'm moving from straight DWC to a stinkbud dwc with sprayers. I was planning on just using a regular cooler to resolve the leaking issues I've had with the rough neck containers, but I saw one of these

It looks like it's just a peltier cooler running off a 5v dc power, but I'm thinking it's a cooler that won't get opened so it should keep the heat out pretty efficiently. Assuming it will keep it cool how would I keep it from getting too cool? It seems pretty silly, but I was thinking of just using an aquarium heater. I don't think it would take much energy to overcome the cooling power of it. My veg/clone area is very tight and it would be great if I could get the water chiller out of there.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't bother trying to rig something from a cooler.

For about 200 you can get an Iceprobe with a regulator and install it in your res. Your system will need to be insulated though if you use any peltier cooler. Mine is 50 watts and holds 20 gallons at temp without any problem but it's slow to drop the temp.

I know the peltier drinking water coolers use the same 50W iceprobe, just without a regulator.. which .. funny enough, usually falls into the 130-140 dollar price range.. the same as buying an unregulated probe, so tearing one up for parts isn't worth it.
