Are my babies in trouble?

I have 5 seedlings in rapid rooter cubes. They broke the surface about 3.5 days ago. The cotyledons look a little dark and the true leaves dont seem to be developing well. I think the cubes were too moist to begin with, but they seem to have a good content now. In the photo where you see only two, the one on the left had its taproot turn around and grow out of the cube (I covered it with a moist piece of the cube).

Should I be worried or am I just being an overprotective mother?

I had rehydrated the cubes with RO water and a very weak nutrient solution. 160ppm, GH Trio, 1/2tsp per 5 gallons.

Leave them, they're gold. Not too much water...they look good from here, NO NUTES. let the roots search for water...don't dehydrate it, but don't overwater. Or she will die.

They look fine and healthy, don't panik.

Turns out the cubes were a little too wet and the humidity wasn't high enough. They recovered without issue.
