Are these LST's done properly?

Two plants, decided to LST them at 10-11 inches each.

How do these LST's look? I plan to do it in a spiral fashion, like in a guide on this website.

looks good. I tried that method. Its my first LST attempt. For some reason the main stem seemed to twist on me. It seemed a little to stressful for my liking or I was just being too hard on them. The lowest branches even make nice knuckles as they break of the main stem.
