are these plants looking healthy?

Just took another videp update of my cfl plants, they are 1 month old but for the first 2 weeks of their grow they barely did any growing because they were taken care of poorly when I got them off a friend 2 weeks ago they onlly had their first 4 lleaves, what do you guys thnk?

They look nice and healthy to me, a bit stretched but look fine.

yes they were very stretched when i got them but they have much more ligh theh they did before and its alot clloser but thanks for the feed back good to hear!

Do you know what strain they are?, were they from seeds or clones?
