Are these seeds?

Well i cut a plant but it probally could have had an extra week or so to flower because it wasn't quite ready as far as i know (100% milky trics) Anyway I cut it and opened up one of the pods and inside this pod was a little white ball.... is this a seed and does this mean my crop has been pollinated?

well did u have any males or was it a hermie?

i did have males during the first week of flowering till i picked them out, there was no hermies and i don't know how a pic would help.... surely the little white ball in the pod is a seed or not?

a pic would help to see if it's a hermie and why it got pollinated perhaps.

and yea it's a seed. dry it out for a week or till it's dry and germinate it if u want.

its not a hermie, i think i know what has happened
