it will have to grow first anyway...it's not just going to automatically flower..it has to be mature enough before it will

Outside you dont need to worry about trying to time anything. Marijuana will grow until they sense winter is coming and thats when they produce buds. Dont ask how they just do.

And i wouldnt tell everyone where you reside btw

why dont you just leave it outside, for plant late winter, veg spring and summer, and then flower it when you want to.
how you ask?.THE HARD WAY.
wake up at 7am...and put the plant in the sun...and then at 7pm..bring it in.do that everyday till flowering is done.
i have done this for ages..
the sun is very cheap for 12hrs a day

well depends, do you have direct sunlight in a window.
also, what season are u in.
i dont believe, that you would get 10.5 hours of sunlight a day.
you would be a night-walker then. :D

exactly..dont get me wrong but that 30 minutes counts.
what if he didnt and flowered for 11.5/12.5..
that is a way better chance of hermi,
so yes, that 30 minutes counts

How long do you have of under 12hrs light cycle left? because the first few weeks of spring plants still bud i would leave it outside harvest them when their finished keep a few branches on the plants and then the plants would go into veg stage when light is above 12hrs.

It's a good idea because you can usually get at least 3 harvests per year (depending on what strain your growing) from 1 plant like when they finish their first lot of buds keep them growing then midway through spring they will be in veg stage then you harvest again (in Autumn) and leave a couple of branches on them because they will bud again after harvest, ok it might sound confusing but this is what i usually do.

Spring---Plant seeds
Near the end of summer---They start budding
Autumn---Harvest (Keep a few bud sites on the plants)
Winter---Their still budding
Near the end of Winter---Harvest (Keep a few bud sites on the plants if you want to use the cycle again.

so your saying keep cloning? like spring i plant the seed , which is now , till summer it grows and buds , autumn u harvest them , but keep some buds on it and it grows again?? and winter comes it buds more and u harvest?

ohhh i c so keep same plant but dont take all buds out so it buds more correct?

Yes just keep the plants continuously growing don't chop all of the plant when you harvest that way it keeps doing it's thing plus you don't have to plant more seeds unless you want a different strain that's what i'm going to do with my current grow in 4 weeks, harvest her and just let it grow because it will still be flowering season until middle of spring which is about 5-6 months away (being Autumn just started for me 2 weeks ago) see where i'm going with this?.
