miracle grow soil is too hot and has time release fertilizers hence the crispy discolored fan leaf edges. Lime green suggest pH is imbalanced so some nutrient uptake is locked out. Sadly the more water you hit it with the worse the probably will become due to the base soil not being built for cannabis

Too cold as well, They will grow, but closer to 80f is better. Soil seems to stay wet and kind of choke stuff at cooler temps in my limited experience.

transplant into fox farm ocean forest soil, or empire builder soil, or any soil from your local Hydro store so the roots can grow into something more comfortable

flushing this soil will only make it worse. 16% K for a young plant is toxic

You can't flush the timed release fertilizer out. Much of what they use is polymer coated and made specifically so it doesn't leach out of the soil and is released slowly. I'd repot those myself.

It's not the Miracle-Gro soil, if it was, you'd have had problems since day one, and you stated this "just happened after topping." (Which is also a stress to the plant).
Cupping / taco on your fan leaves is pretty indicating.
Cold Temps, high humidity. 4 small holes for drainage isn't sufficient either.
I would check your roots for Root Rot.

Also clear containers are a big no no. Roots really don’t like seeing light every time they turn around. Constant stress and confusing for the poor plant.
I don’t think these plants have been healthy since day one. Just guessing.
i disagree. I have never seen a miracle time release grown plant that doesn’t look like this.

From what I've seen(there not mine) they looked OK growth seemed good, if I'm not mistaken I would say they've been a solid green for the most part. Might have had a little yellowing at the tips before topping. Like I said not mine just trying to help a friend out and I'm a rookie myself but have gotten a lot of help in my short time here. Thanks again. Here's to learning!
