attempt at second grow

i started a plant in my windowsill this summer and pretty much hoped for the best without really knowing what i was doin, it grew pretty well to nearly a meter and was quite bushy. Then it just started to die, Now looking round this forum i think i over watered it, Doh!

Now im going to try again but this time in a large cupboard with a cfl light, now i was planning on using the following

125w cfl blue 6400k
125w cfl red 2700k

used with a reflector

will this be ok to grow a couple of plants using blue for veg n red for flower? or will i need more lights?

when you switch to 12/12 do you still use blue till it starts to flower then switch to red or go straight from blue to 12/12 with red?

It should be fine. Just hook up both lights and switch timer to 12/12 ( use red and blue during flowering--more light the better ) when your ready to flower.If you can afford more light go for it.PeaceK-town
