Attic ventilation and mold

Well I have a grow closet with 2 600 watts lights. I can only vent into the attic because there are no widows. My attic has a ridge vent and since its a town home I cant go cutting holes in the roof. The attic is pretty small since my town home is 3 stories. Now I heard in the winter mold can be a issue. Would a ridgevent be enough to keep the attic ventilated. Is there any thing I can do. Maybe put a ozone generator up there.. I was thinking of just putting the duct up to the ridge vent bc thats how the bathroom vents are.

The ridge vent can handle it easily. No sweat but put an attic fan in it and help yourself out. They have them at Lowes and Home Depot. Is this your property or are you renting?

no i bought it but i pay association fees so the association handles the sideing and roof. If a neighbor saw me on the roof i'm sure they would report me.

I figured that at least but you can mount your own attic fan. Run your exhaust through a carbon filter then into your attic and place it facing into the center of an attic fan. Hang with wire if needed. Remember, if AC goes out and your evaporator is up there (and it probably is) the repair guy has to go up in there. You probably have the AC lines up there at minimum and he might have to access those for leak checks.

I would build so the carbon filter is not in the attic. Then all he sees is another vent line. Very strongly suggest this attic fan. Look into it.
