cvs walgreen, riteaid, anywhere that sells a GREENDOT card
just use a regular CC, they wont bust you

yeah but i thought with a greendot you have to wait for the real card to be able to use it internationally and i believe you have to register it i was wondering the same thing on which card would worrk best my cc didnt work cause the bank denyed it so im looking forr the best way to go about ordering..

before you purchase the card make sure it does not require an ssn for activation, and make sure it's valid outside the us. you won't be able to use the card if it's not registered to an address. green dot requires ssn, walmart card requires ssn. some douche law went into effect recently and my usual card isn't available and i've had a bitch of a time finding one that will allow me to remain anonymous. i heard nfinance works but cannot confirm this myself.

greendots require ssn. i could probably give a bogus one but who really knows this. plus u gotta send off for a official card. not tryna do that

damn laws...maybe that why i cant find anything useful in my searches. all the cards i seen today are only good in the domestic us but they claim it can be used worldwide. BS to me. ive also heard od nfinance but have not come across any as of yet. i heard they have them at "dollar" stores

did u have to call your bank first to tell them to authorize it beforehand? or do u live in the UK? cause i live in theUS

have a buddy that doesn't grow order them on their card, Ive never ordered anything off the internet my self or had a package show up at my house, but i have given a friend cash to order stuff a couple times. sorry dont know of any cards.

Sticky territory lol, take whatever risks you'd like, but a good policy is to eliminate them as much as possible.
With that said, yes, you'll probably need to provide a 9 digit number and some other information to get a prepaider to work overseas.
What to do?
Get the card, load it with the $ you need to complete order, inc. shipping.
Activate with fake info, do you best to match it with whatever shipping information you are using. That said, if you plan to ship to yourself with your info, you mys-well use your bankcard/cc. -Will probably need to be authorized to use overseas, one phone call, no biggie.
Head to public computers, complete order.
There is a lot of risk balancing you seem to be getting into. I'd like to just say don't freak-out when thinking about these things, but just make sure you do think about them.

i used a prepaid visa i got at the bank. The ones at walmart didn't work for me.

hmmmmmmm id like to know also so i can get my damn seeds lol i also saw the gas station next to my house has some that arnt green dot but im not sure if they will worrk internationally the tude should take paypal dang nabbit

Finally found one that works. Go to dollar general. They have these nfinanse cards that are three bucks. But take into account that they also charge a monthly fee of 2.95 which I didn't think would he deducted from the account as soon as I purchased the card. Anyhow, u go online enter the card number n security code then make a pin and that's all. U are now able to order from your dream store lol.
